Timeless super soft with a durable flannel with a substantial feel. Button closure. Two front pockets with top flap opening. Double layer back yoke. Rollup sleeve vents. Tear away label. Fabrication: 200gm cotton/polyester ultra-soft flannel. Screen Printers Note: When Printing the Flannel fabric it is important to use a Poly Grey Blocker base. The Grey Blocker base limits dye migration from excessive heat contaminating your ink and flattens the fuzzy fabric surface to make a smoother final print. Recommended Inks for a 1 color Print: Guardian Grey Poly Blocker, Flash, Dummy Screen, Willflex Poly White, Flash, 2nd pass of Willflex Poly White, Dry at around 300. Please do your own testing prior to bulk production.
